This Metal Sawing Machine has been conceived by paying particular attention to two factors: product quality and competitive price. A Twin Column Automatic Bandsaw of compact and modern design, ideally suited for the production of accurately cut-off parts for CNC lathes and machining centres.
The down-speed of bow is automatically controlled by the proportional
hydraulic valve. An electronic system detects the band deflection under power and adjust
the cutting feed in order to achieve a perpendicular cut.
The powered brush improves the cutting accuracy and reduces wearing the
blade teeth.
The bow - in spheroidal cats-iron - (vertical down feed hydraulical
controlled) is guided on two chromium-plated cylindrical columns. The down-speed is
precise and free from any vibreation.
The blade makes use of an elastic system equipped with a set of Beleville
washers for a correct tensioning and driven by well dimensioned flywheels, and guided by
two couples of pre-adjusted hard metal sliding blocks.
The variable-speed drive enables to choose the most suitable
rim speed of the band. The sensitive power cut is a real innovation.
The operator controls by a potentiometer the different hardness of the material
to be cut.
The "check panel" diagnostic gives information about any
failure and allows the operator to solve quickly every problem.
The ball bearing screw system replaces the hydraulic cylinder for better
precision and feed speed.
Variable-speed drive + inverter. The band speed is adjustable by a bevel
reduction gear and by a motor controlled through an inverter.
